Fight Fit Friday - Lean In 15 Week 3Friday, August 07, 2015
Since speaking to you on my last Fight Fit Friday I have subscribed to the 90 day plan by the Body Coach Joe Wicks. If you don't know who he is check out his instagram @thebodycoach or his website +TheBodyCoachTV .
I have been following his instagram all throughout my pregnancy and knew this is something I wanted to do after my C- Section healed. I wanted to start exercising at around 8 weeks post partum so sent off my before pictures and filled out the long questionnaire at around 6 weeks as the plan takes 7 to 10 days to come through as the weights of food are person specific.
It cost me a fair bit to do it but its definitely worth it if like me you haven't got time to go to the gym you can do exercise at home and its only a 25 minute HIIT (High intensity interval training) 4 to 5 times a week. The before and after results are just WOW!!
The food is amazing too he gives you plenty of recipes to make but let me warn you there is a lot of food. Im getting use to it now but at first I struggled.
Im in week 3 now and we do progress pictures at the end 4 weeks 8 weeks and the full 90 days. So if Im feeling brave I may show you in the next few weeks my wobbly jelly belly and the progress so far.

Im really enjoying the food even though Im finding preparing it with a 10 week old rather difficult I will keep at it and update you on my results.
