Lucris Washi Cloth | Review

Thursday, June 26, 2014

I have been using the Washi Cloth* for quite a while now after 1st receiving one in a goodie bag at a blog meet and I instantly fell in love.  Recently Washi sent me over a pack of Washi Cloths and a little cleanser to try out together and I thought I would write a little review.

The cloth itself is around the same size as a normal face flannel only a little thinner but thicker and fluffier than a Muslin cloth.

The Cleanser they sent me smelled amazing a lovely rose scent. If felt lovely on the skin too and paired with the cloth it gave amazing results and easily washes all my makeup off.

To use I applied the cleanser to my face and rubbed it in gently around the stubborn eye makeup area and all around my face. I then took the cloth and ran it under the hot tap and squeezed out the excess water. I then used the cloth to remove my makeup making sure to be careful round the eye area.
The cloth removed every last trace of my makeup and left my face feeling smooth and exfoliated.

Price wise I think these are excellent value for money you can buy a pack of 7 here for £7.95 and they are machine washable (reusable) so a pack will last you a very long time.

Since using these I haven't bought any muslin cloths which I was using all the time. These are much gentler and also wash so much better. I can never seem to get the mascara out of the muslin cloths.

I would really recommend these also they come really nicely packaged so would be perfect as a little gift too

  6. This is great - I've actually been thinking I need a face cloth lately. Haven't used one in years!! I like the combo of these two things and the fact that it exfoliates the skin. Definitely looking into getting this sent to my doorstep :)

    Thank you! xx
