YSL Nail Polish - Summer Colours

Sunday, June 09, 2013

So Today I have 3 YSL Nail Polishes to swatch and review for you. I think these are definitely colours that scream summer! All the polishes were bought by myself for £17.00. I will rate these on 5 different categories out of 5 stars.

The 1st colour is called 'Coral Devin' a really bright coral polish perfect for the holiday season and summer months.

The 2nd a lovely shade if purple called 'Violine Surrealiste' has been a favourite of mine as you can see from the bottle. I love to give my look a pop of colour and think this is the perfect polish to do that.

Last but by all means least is a gorgeous bright pink called Fuchsia Neo-Classic once again this is such a  summery/girly colour.

I love YSL polishes and as you can see from the swatches above the polish is amazing quality the picture above shows only one coat. The brush applicator is so thick on these polishes meaning that only one or two strokes are needed per nail and they don't take forever to dry.

The only problem Myself and Lisa have found with these polishes is they don't stand up to the heat. They seem to melt in hot weather conditions making them sticky. I would not recommend taking these on Holiday to a hot country as you will find your beach towel getting stuck to them (not a good look).

But as we don't get really hot weather in the UK I will continue to purchase this as overall they are an Amazing nail polish.

How do you rate these polishes?
Have you ever had trouble in the sun??
